It is our guarantee that you are completely satisfied with our programs.  However, if there is some reason you are not completely satisfied, you may return the program after receiving authorization from our office. Please call us immediately after receiving the program for a return authorization. The program must not have been used or damaged.  The shipping and handling charges to and from our facility are not reimburse.
